Richard Max Seybold, 78, of Crawfordsville died Monday, November 16, 2009 at St. Clare Medical center. He was born August 2, 1931 at Russellville to Warren and Blanche Trump Seybold.
He married Loretta Newell June 11, 1951 at Freedom Baptist Church and She survives.
His memberships were BrownsValley Christian Church, 50 year member of Waveland Masonic Lodge # 300 served as past master, Served as High Priest of Crawfordsville Chapter # 40, Illustrious Master of Montgomery County Council, Commander of Crawfordsville Commandery, Robert A. Woods Priory # 62, Knights of York Cross of Honor and received the Purple Cross, Banks of the Wabash College # 72, Terre Haute Valley of Scottish Rite, Murat Shrine and Montgomery County Shrine Club,
Alamo Order of Eastern Star.
He was a farmer, School Bus Driver for South Montgomery School Corporation 41 years, Sub Driver for Crawfordsville Post Office 17 years, Served in US Army Reserve and National Guard for 28 years.
Other survivers are Regina (Mike) Boots of NE ,Renita (Tom) McCormick of Advance, Resa (Larry) Schrick of New Market, and 6 Grandchildren. Preceded by his parents.
Services will be 2:00 PM Thursday at Machledt & Servies Funeral Home at Waveland, Calling will be Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 with Masonic Rites at 8:00 PM Wednesday. Rev. David Bock officiating and burial at Indian Creek Hill Cemetery at New Market. Contributions may be made to BrownsValley Christian Church C/O Darrell Simpsom.
