Maxine Dove
July 31, 1935 - November 24, 2009
Maxine Dove, 74, of Ladoga passed away at St Vincent Hospice in Indianapolis Tuesday Evening, November 24, 2009. She was born on July 31, 1935 at Fincastle to Clyde A. and Ruth B. Hunsicker Burnside.
She Graduated from New Market High School in 1953. She was a Member of the First Baptist Church at New Market where she taught Sunday school for 44 years, also member of the Susan Harding Circle Missionary. She was a homemaker, a former bookkeeper at Elston Bank & Trust, and Cook at Southmont School.
She married Leslie Dove on August 20, 1955 at New Market and he survives. Other survivors include two sons Barry (Elena) Dove of Ladoga, Brent (Tammy) Dove of Noblesville, a daughter Melinda (Keith) Rhoads of New Ross, nine Grandchildren, and one Great Grandchild, one sister Laura Louise Gott of Avon.
Services will be Saturday at 10:00 A.M. at Servies & Morgan Funeral Home at 203 N. Washington St. Ladoga, IN. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Friday at the Funeral Home. Rev¡¯s Ken Demlow, Todd Randles and James Ranard will officiate. Burial will be in Ladoga Cemetery.
