Lloyd Owen Wright, 79, of Waveland died at his residence Saturday, December 26, 2009.
He was born to Robert Owen Wright and Elva Mae Huffman Wright December 7, 1930 at Dana, IN
He married Marjorie Aline Newport February 25, 1951 at Marshall, IL. And she survives.
He was a mechanic for Perry Lewis Ford and Oldsmobile in Crawfordsville, Wright Boys Alignment at Waveland, Wright Alignment of Ladoga, and was attendant for Ability Services at Lizton. He served in U S Marine Corps 1952 to 1954.
Other survivers are sons Roger (Judy) Wright, John Wright, Roy Wright all of Waveland, James (Donna) Wright of Franklinton, NC, Melvin (LaShana) Wright of Crawfordsville, Daughter Dollie M. Wright of Waveland, 16 Grandchildren, 9 GreatGrandchildren, Brother Francis Wright of Waveland, Sisters Velma Wethington of Crawfordsville, Waunita Butler of Terre Haute. He was preceded by the parents, brother Herbert, sister Virginia, 1 Grandchild, 3 GreatGrandchildren.
Services are at 11:00 AM Wednesday at Machledt & Servies Funeral Home at Waveland. Friends may call from 5:00 to 7:00 Tuesday at the Funeral Home with Pastor Rodney Coffman will officiate with burial at Old Union Cemetery atWaveland.
