Edna L. Elliott
Edna L. Elliott, 91, of Ladoga died Wednesday April 28, at 12:10pm in Hickory Creek nursing home at Crawfordsville. She was born at Youngs Chapel on June 21, 1918 to Ora W. and Verna Pierce Faust.
She graduated from Linden High School in 1936, and Southland Beauty College in 1937.
She married H. Robert Elliott April 9, 1939 at Linden. He preceeded her in death on May 2, 2003.
She was a member of the Ladoga Christian Church, where she served as organist for over 50 years. Happy Homemakers, and owned and operated Edna¡¯s Beauty Shop in Ladoga for 48 years.
She is survived by her daughter Connie ¡°William¡± Bradley of Ladoga.
Two grandsons and 5 greatgrand children.
She was preceeded by her husband, three brothers, Leland, Robert and Lloyd Faust.
Services will be held Friday April 30, 2010 at 12:00 at Servies & Morgan Funeral Home in Ladoga, with Rev. Paul Leonard officiating. Friends may call from 10:00, to 12:00at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Ladoga Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Ladoga Christian Church.
