Virginia M. Vice
Virginia M. Vice, 86, passed away at her home Thursday evening in Ladoga , Indiana surrounded by her family. She was born on September 10, 1923 in Crawford County , Indiana to Herman and Faye (Pruitt) Bennett of English Indiana .. She attended Ladoga High School . On Oct. 28, 1939 she married Kenneth G.Vice, who passed away on Jul 12, 1985.
Virginia was a successful business woman instrumental in founding and operating Kenny Vice Ford Sales in Ladoga with her husband Kenny. Following his death, she continued to operate the business with her sons. She was a member of the Ladoga Presbyterian Church, Roachdale Order of the Eastern Star # 247, American Legion Auxiliary and Eagles Auxiliary.
Survivors include her four sons, Keith ¡°Pete¡± (Donna) Vice, Greg (Linda) Vice, Robert Vice all of Ladoga and Jon (Diane Lawson) Vice of Indianapolis, In., eight grandchildren and great-grandchildren and several brothers and sisters.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, daughter, great-granddaughter and two brothers.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 Monday May 3, 2010 at Ladoga Presbyterian Church, 300 N. Washington St. Ladoga, In. with internment at Ladoga Cemetery following service. Friends may call 4:00 p.m. ¨C 8:00 p.m., Sunday May 2, 2010 at the church. Eastern Star Rites at 7:30 p.m.
