Janice Ann Hazlett
Janice Ann Hazlett, 68, of Russellville died at Ben Hur Home in Crawfordsville on Thursday. She was born in Roszta, Iowa to Arthur and Eleanor M. McDermont Parham.
She graduated from Veedersburg High School and Indiana State University. She taught Art at Turkey Run High School and attended Russellville Community Church.
She married John R. Hazlett on June 28, 1964 at Veedersburg and he passed away on February 27, 2007. Survivors include two sons Darren and Matthew Hazlett both of Russellville, two brothers Steve (Diane) Parham of Robinson, IL, and Tom (Beth) Parham of Rockton, IL. She was preceded by her parents.
Funeral Services will be Sunday August 8, 2010 at 3:00 P.M. at Machledt & Servies Funeral Home at Waveland. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. on Sunday. Burial will be a Hebron Cemetery near Russellville.
Memorials may be given to Society for Progressive Supranuclear Palsy at Executive Plaza III 11350, Suite 906, Hunt Valley, Maryland 21031.
