Benton Vorris Hubble
Benton Vorris Hubble, 79, of Waveland died Wednesday, September 8, 2010 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born to William and Jewell Witty Hubble at Ladoga September 19, 1930.
He married Vergie Stewart January 13, 1951 at Waveland, and she survives.
His memberships are Crawfordsville and Rockville American Legion, Greencastle Moose Lodge and AMVets at Rockville.
He was a truck driver and chartered bus driver for Waveland Charter. He was also the Democrat Precinct Committee-man for Brown Township, and he served in the United States National Guard.
He is survived by sons Junior (Becky) Hubble of Waveland, Dale (Kathy) Hubble of Montezuma, Roger Hubble of Waveland, and Calvin (Tamara) Hubble of Rockville, Beverly Timko of Brazil, and Rose Meadows of Crawfordsville, brother Carl Hubble of Boling Green, MO, sister Wilma Bell of Crawfordsville, Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren & Great Great Grandchildren.
Services will be Saturday at 11:00 AM at Machledt & Servies Funeral Home at Waveland with calling from 4:00to 8:00 Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Indian Creek Cemetery at New Market with Pastor Rodney Coffman officiating.
