To help you understand all of the costs associated with a funeral service and make an informed decision, we’ve broken them down in our general price list. We also have a variety of payment options to ease the financial burden of honoring your loved one so that you can give them the service they deserve. General Price List

We count it a privilege to serve each family and honor their loved one with the upmost respect and care during a family’s most difficult time. Each detail is just as important to us, as it is to your family. We strive to ensure that your loved one is cared for and that we meet your needs with the quality and service your family deserves. Our Mission is to provide all types of funeral services with the highest quality and respect so that we can best personalize and pay tribute to your loved one.
The goods and services enclosed are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only those items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.
BASIC SERVICE OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF
BASIC SERVICE OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF
Our Fee for the services of funeral director and staff includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for services; arrangement conference with family, or responsible party; preparation and filing of necessary certificates and permits; recording vital statistics; preparation and placement of obituary notices; preparation of services; and coordination with those providing other services, e.g. clergy, cemetery, crematory and others. Also included in this charge are the overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative cost, and equipment and inventory expenses. This fee for our basic services will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangement you select. (Such a fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding or receiving remains.)
EMBALMING
Except in certain special cases embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

(All motor equipment charges are for service in Putnam and Montgomery Counties and adjacent counties within a 25 mile radius. For service beyond these areas, add $2.95 per loaded mile for our hearse and family car. The service car fee is $2.65 per loaded mile.)

This charge includes basic services of the funeral director and staff, removal from place of death, embalming, and transfer to local airports. This is exclusive of any shipping charges or any other use of the funeral home, i.e., visitation, ceremony, and any other merchandise. For outside shipping case, add $150.00

This charge includes basic service of the funeral director and staff, transfer by service car to the funeral home, and transfer to local cemeteries. This charge is exclusive of any shipping charges, outer burial container, or any other use of the funeral home, i.e., viewing, ceremony, and any other merchandise.
OPTIONAL GRAVESIDE FUNERAL SERVICE ADDITIONAL
IMMEDIATE BURIAL
Our charge for immediate burial (without funeral ceremony or graveside rites) includes; Basic service of the funeral director and staff, removal of deceased from place of death, washing and disinfecting the remains, and transportation to local cemetery by service car.

DIRECT CREMATION
The charge for a direct cremation includes removal of remains, washing and disinfecting the remains, transportation to crematory, necessary authorizations, and basic service of funeral director and staff. This charge does not include the use of facilities and staff for any visitation or ceremony, public or private, prior to the cremation. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative container encases the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering.) The container we provide is a fiberboard box.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTY: The only warranties, expressed or implied, granted in connection with the merchandise sold with this funeral service, are the expressed warranties, if any, extended by the manufactures thereof. No other warranties, and no warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose are extended by the funeral home.
